    Services and Appointments

    Kiin Beauty offers a range of beauty services, including skincare treatments, facials, and more.

    To schedule an appointment, you may contact us through our website, phone, or email. Appointments are subject to availability.

    If a cancellation or rescheduling is required, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation fee (deposit).

    Client Conduct

    Kiin Beauty aims to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for all clients. We kindly request appropriate behavior and respect towards our staff and fellow clients to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive health information to our estheticians to ensure safe and appropriate treatments.

    Clients should notify us of any discomfort, allergies, or medical conditions that may be relevant for the chosen service.

    Payment

    All prices for our services are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

    Full payment for services are due at the time of the appointment.

    We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Membership Fees:

    Fees for membership will be charged on the first day of each month.

    Membership Credits:

    Credits purchased as part of the membership will expire two months after the date of purchase.

    Vouchers:

    Vouchers will automatically be removed from your account after two months. However, you have the option to bring in a friend/family to use an extra credit.

    Cancellations and No Shows:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows the estheticians to adjust their schedules and potentially accommodate clients on the waitlist. For late cancellations, changes, or no-shows, please note that your facial for that month will be forfeited.

    Membership Cancellation:

    You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time.

    Promotions:

    Additional discounts or promotions are not applicable to membership services.

    Minimum Join Period:

    While it is recommended to commit to a minimum of six months to experience the benefits of professional skincare routines, it is not mandatory. The membership is month-to-month with no long-term commitments.
